on various trips to tokyo i've collected some lovely books, many of them craft books, embroidery & lace books & whilst flicking through some of them last night i thought i'd share some of the lovely images with you.

the images above are from *crochet lace* which i've found *here*.....it's such a pretty book & for anyone starting out to crochet the instructions are clear....yes, i do realise that this book is written in japanese, but it has wonderful step by step instructions which i found really helpful & easy to follow.  i'm determined to conquer crochet this year, after dabbling a while ago i really want to be able to crochet lovely garlands like the very talented emma lamb & all her lovely creations...
